When our old boiler broke down we had a quick response to the breakdown and where advised very well on which course of action to take: repair or replace. Both options were explained in depth including the benefits of both. We chose to replace as this was more cost effective in the long term. When our boiler broke down, we were left with no heating or hot water. We called Kevin in the evening after calling several other engineers who failed to answer. He was prompt and turned up in the morning as he said he would. The concern was found straight away and a replacement part ordered and fitted later the same day.
